SkyWheel keeps on turning

The tourist district in Niagara Falls, as most locals would tell you, is in a constant state of re-invention. One of the more recent additions to the Clifton Hill amusement area is the Niagara SkyWheel, a massive ferris wheel that takes visitors 53 meters in the air to provide a breathtaking view of the falls and the river below.

Open all year-round, the 42 gondolas provide heating and air-conditioning to keep their passengers in comfort no matter what season they choose to visit in. Considering how quiet and beautiful the area can be in the heart of winter, I'd recommend a mid-February spin to anyone looking to catch a glimpse of the magic of the falls.

Adult admission is $9.99, while children can ride for $5.99. For the price of admission, you're going to go on an amazing 10 minute journey and get a view you'd have never thought possible. For more information visit the Niagara SkyWheel's official site.
