Set Design and the Shaw Festival

As Niagara residents we're very fortunate to have one of Canada's leading theater companies right in our own backyard. The Shaw Festival, now in it's 47th season, is set to give a public talk on the topic of set design at the St. Catharines Public Library tomorrow night.

On April 29th, 2009 at 7:30pm, Shaw's design director William Schmuck will be sharing his stories about what goes into the design of a set, what some of his favorite sets were, and what has gone into the sets for the 2009 season. This talk will be held at the Central Branch of the public library, and admission will be free of charge.
