Screening of Le Samourai @ the NAC tonight

le-samourai-1-1600.jpg As part of their ongoing series of film screenings, the Niagara Artists Centre will play host to a screening of the 1967 French classic Le Samourai. It's a tale of a shady underworld, hitmen, and the inevitable double cross.

Le Samourai could easily be cited as one of the major references of the modern gangster drama, and as such would be well worth checking out first hand. Thanks to the NAC you can do so tonight at 7pm. The event is pay-what-you-can will all proceeds going to help foster the growth and development of the Niagara Artists Centre. Rohit Dalvi, professor of philosophy at Brock will be the events guest speaker. The screening will take place at the NAC building at 354 St.Paul Street.
