Run/Walk for the General tomorrow

Looking for a good reason to stretch your legs? Tomorrow morning at 9am the flag will drop on the 10th Annual Run/Walk for the General. All proceeds from this years run will be directed toward urgently needed patient equipment for the Cardiac Investigative Unit at the St. Catharines General Hospital.

So where do we lace up?

Online registration has already ended, but event day registration will be available starting at 8:30. All events, including registration, will be based out of Club Roma on Vansickle Ave in St. Catharines. Adults will require a minimum $40 donation to participate, teens 15-18 will need $20, and those 14 & under will only need $10. That being said, the money goes to a good cause, so if you can spare more please do.
