Public Library hosts teen writing competition

Know a teenager that aspires to be a writer or poet? The St. Catharines Public Library is hosting their 8th annual Fresk Ink competition. Prizes will be awarded for two separate age groups; 12-15 and 16-18. Short stories and poems will be accepted.
