Oktoberfest in Lipa Park

Ever wanted to make the journey to Kitchener for their big Oktoberfest festival? Why not try something closer to home?

The Slovenian Oktoberfest Festival in Pelham's Lipa Park will be taking place this Sunday, September 7th from 2pm-10pm. The best part? It prominently features a performance by the polka pride of St. Catharines, our very own Walter Ostenak.

Other bands are scheduled to perform as well, and food and refreshments (the best part of Oktoberfest) will be available. Adult admission is $7. Kids 16 and under will be admitted free.
