Niagara Folk Arts Festival on now

The people of St. Catharines come from an amazingly varied background, and every May these heritages are celebrated with the Niagara Folk Arts Festival. Kicking off this past Friday, this years Folk Arts Festival is a 16 day event that will be taking place in different locations all over the city.
