Is this our new Centre for the Arts?

While the new Niagara Centre for the Arts is still in the planning stages, the public library has posted up the above piece of concept art on their website. Final design or general inspiration? Not sure, but the more I can find out the more I'll share. The Niagara Centre for the Arts, once greenlit, will be going up in downtown St. Catharines and providing our downtown core with a much needed destination that should hopefully bring people into the hub of our city.
