Free public ice skating in Welland tomorrow

If you're thinking about strapping the skates on this weekend and taking the kids down to the rink, you can be bound for zamboni'd ice free of charge if you make the trip to Welland.

The City of Welland will be hosting a Family Free Skate event at the Youth Arena from 1PM - 2:30 PM on February 14th, 2009. The Youth Arena is located at 501 King Street in downtown Welland.

If you're looking to double up your Free Skate fun, another event will be held on Monday, February 16th from 10AM - 2:30 PM to celebrate Family Day.
