What a great find. Part of flickr user woody1778a's Oddball License Plates set, what is pictured above is a vendor's license from 1986 issued by the City of St. Catharines. Was it attached to some hot dog cart of years gone by? Or maybe a fruit seller at the Farmer's Market?

No matter what it was, it's now a pristine part of that hidden living history of St. Catharines.
