Flickr Niagara: Luminaqua

On certain summernights Welland plays host to an extravaganza of light and sound known as Luminaqua. Flaming barges travel down the recreational waterway on the Old Welland Canal to the musical accompaniment of the Niagara Symphony. All in all, it's a truly unique experience.

This photo may not capture the fires all that well, but the sky behind it more than makes up for it.
