Did you know we had a flag?

I "kind of" knew, but I've never really looked at it before. The green signifies the fruitlands and gardens. We are the Garden City, after all. In the middle is our coat of arms, with the motto "Industry and Liberality." Our coat of arms has it's own storied history that we'll probably get into sooner or later on the blog, but needless to say it's all about productivity.

The flag can be seen flying outside of city hall most days, although at the moment it's been replaced with one calling attention to Lupus. I'd love to have one of the flying outside of my home. If I ever find out what the city does with their old flags, I'll make sure to let everyone know!
