Do you come from a baseball family? Maybe your grandmother or great grandmother was a big fan of the slo-pitch. If so, why not read a little bit about the world she enjoyed in her youth by giving A History of St. Catharines Ladies Softball: 1919-1960 a read?

This Saturday, July 25th, the St. Catharines Museum at Lock 3 will be hosting a book signing from 1 to 4 pm on their upper floor. Authors Marg Schram and Maggie Likavec, both veterans of St. Catharines Ladies Softball, will be on hand to autograph copies of the book which will be available on site for $24.95.
